Rachel is the owner and founder of Willamette Billing Services. She has been in the medical industry since 2009, primarily in the business field. Rachel has extensive knowledge of the complexities of medical insurance processes and experience working with providers of many different specialties.  

Currently, she provides full revenue cycle management services—from chart setup and claim submission to utilization review and followup.  Her education and experience have enabled her to make sure providers get paid the most per claim and in a timely manner.  She has resolved many denials by appeals and determination to find a resolution. From the moment a patient walks into a provider’s office until payment is processed, Rachel takes the hard work of insurance stress away from providers so they can concentrate on what matters – their patients.
